Medical Notes Membership

CozyPattern offers the 1000 Medical Notes digital study library and monthly content updates. No physical products are shipped. The collection includes compiled documents; the product name does not mean 1,000 separate PDF files.

Price, trial and automatic renewal

A one-time $1.00 USD processing and hosting fee is charged at checkout. Your 3-day membership trial starts when your order is completed. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the membership automatically renews at $19.99 USD per month until cancelled. The $1 fee is not a monthly fee. Any currency conversion and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. By enrolling, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges to your selected payment method.

Digital delivery and updates

Access is supplied through a Google Drive library link after successful checkout. Internet access and software compatible with the supplied PDF, document or presentation files may be required. Contact us if the delivery link is missing or does not work. Membership includes access to monthly updates; the amount and subjects of updates may vary. A downloaded file does not update itself.

Educational use only

The notes are study aids, not medical advice, clinical guidelines or a substitute for accredited training, current authoritative references or professional judgment. They must not be used to diagnose, prescribe or make patient-care decisions. Medical knowledge changes, and material may contain errors or be out of date. We do not promise examination results, accreditation or professional certification. Do not send patient information through our website.

Personal-use licence

Access is for your own study. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly share the library link or files, or remove copyright notices. Copyright remains with the respective rights holders. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

Cancellation

You can submit a cancellation request at Cancel membership or email contact@cozypattern.com using the email on your order. The form sends a request to support; it does not itself automatically stop billing. Keep a copy of your request and contact us if you do not receive confirmation. Send your request before the trial ends or your next renewal to avoid the next charge. Deleting downloaded files, signing out or not using the library does not cancel the membership. Consumer rights and service issues

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any loss of a statutory withdrawal right for immediately supplied digital content applies only where the required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Contact us to report errors, unavailable files or incorrect charges.
