Digital membership and charges

CozyPattern supplies the 1000 Medical Notes digital study library. There is no physical shipment or return. A one-time $1.00 USD processing and hosting fee is charged at checkout. The 3-day membership trial then renews at $19.99 USD per month unless cancelled. Taxes and any currency conversion are shown at checkout.

Requesting help or a refund

Email contact@cozypattern.com with your order number, order email and a description of the problem. Do not send full card details or patient information. Contact us if files are missing, inaccessible, faulty or materially different from the description, or if a charge is duplicated or incorrect. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include restored access, replacement content or a refund.

Change of mind and consumer rights

Accessed or downloaded digital content is not ordinarily refundable solely for a change of mind, except where applicable law provides otherwise. This is not a blanket no-refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for non-conforming digital content and any applicable withdrawal rights, remain unaffected. Immediate access does not by itself waive statutory rights; any exception requires the consent and acknowledgement required by law.

Cancellation and renewals

To stop future renewals, use our cancellation request form or email support before the trial ends or your next renewal. The form sends a request to support and does not automatically stop billing. Keep a copy and contact us if confirmation is missing. Cancellation and refund requests are distinct: cancellation concerns future charges; a refund concerns an existing charge. If you were charged after a timely cancellation request, contact us with the request details so we can resolve it.

Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method where possible. Your payment provider controls when it appears on your statement. See our Terms and Conditions.
