📄 Digital Products

All of our products are digital downloads in the form of PDF crochet patterns. Once your purchase has been completed and access to the files has been provided, the products are considered delivered.

👉 For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products.

❗ Exceptions

We understand that issues can occasionally occur. A refund or replacement may be considered in the following situations:

• You accidentally purchased the same item more than once;

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened;

• You did not receive the product (for example, you did not receive the download link).
